Question: Hi, I don’t know how you put vellum quotes in a scrapbook, do you just glue them or they supposed to scratch off??
Answer: Vellum quotes are only made of vellum with the quote permanently attached. You apply these with a clear adhesive, eyelets, brads, etc. I like to sew mine on or tie them on with ribbon too.
